I am an ICF accredited coach, certified diversity coach, qualified mediator (Q.Med), ASIST Trainer, and seasoned Human Resources professional with additional certifications in Emotional Intelligence assessments (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360), Workplace Restoration, and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument. I also have specialized training with the Boss Whispering institute in coaching abrasive leaders. I am passionate about helping organizations build respectful workplace cultures and effectively manage destructive conflict. I work with leaders and teams to explore the source of dysfunctional conflict and help restore respectful working relationships. I am a board member of ADR Atlantic Institute, former PD Director with ICF Atlantic Institute, and I have taught at the undergraduate level in the Business Faculty of Memorial University.
